Marlon is a highly experienced personal trainer. You can book a session for private training or duo training, in the comfort of your own home.

Who will benefit from personal training?

Everyone is eligible for personal training. For example, are you overweight and do you want to make some lifestyle changes? Have you been training for a while and want advice on the best exercises? Or is it important to get the best results before a certain date? From situations like a wedding to a fitness test for your education: personal training helps you achieve your goals.

Children can also benefit from personal training, for example if they are (or are at risk of) being overweight or have behavioral problems. Marlon has a lot of experience in giving personal training to children and knows exactly how to get through to them.


For Personal training, we offer single sessions, 8-cards and 12-cards. All products have options for 30-minute sessions, 45-minute sessions and 60-minute sessions. You can also choose for Personal training at home (Private training) or at a Connorsports location (in studio or outside).

  • • Download our Android or iOS app
  • • Click on ‘Appointment Schedule’ and then on the + Sign in the right bottom corner
  • • Select ‘Personal training’ as a category and choose the desired activity
  • • Select an available timeslot from our calender and you’re booked in!
  • In case of duo-training: make sure you both follow the above steps and book the same timeslot
